Maintenance and repairs
Parc BV is the service company for repair of rubber equipment in the international dredging and marine industry.
We perform maintenance and repairs on site at the customer’s premises or in our easily accessible workshop in Giessen (Netherlands), where we have an overhead crane with a capacity of up to 20 tons.

Activities
Rubber repair for the dredging industry
Repair of:
- Floating and non-floating dredging hoses; wear and handling damages;
- Inside, outside damage and gaskets;
- Pressure and suction hoses;
- Buoys;
- Fenders;
- Underwater doors of dredgers and performing repair work in dry docks;
- Rubber parts for dredging and marine applications, including on ships.
Straightening flanges and removing dents from steel pipes
- Repair of steel pipes by using our mobile FRM (Flange Straightening Machine) and UDA (Dent Remove Arm);
- We remove dents out of steel pipes and straighten flanges. The FRM/UDA can be deployed at your location being moved by shipping container;
- To operate the FRM/UDA, we employ qualified engineers;
- • Upon request, we make a survey report of each steel pipe. This includes measurements of wall thickness, length and cross measurements at both entrances.
Inspection and survey dredging equipment
Rubber dredging equipment
- Inspection of equipment takes place at your location;
- Damage is measured and recorded in a digital survey report: Parc Hose Management System, PDO;
- Damage characteristics and dimensions are recorded for each dredging hose;
- The wear rate is determined of the inside;
- The report supports repair decisions and their economic feasibility;
- Optional: addition of a cost report for repairs.
Steel pipes
- Using the FRM/UDA, survey report on the steel pipes containing:
• Thickness of pipes
• Length of pipes
• Cross measurements at both entrances
Other services
- HDPE: mirror welding pipes and flanges;
- PE: welding of floating devices, pipe floats and floating body’s;
- PU Repair polyurethane dredging material, and wear resistant coating in pressure hoses, among others;
- Filling floaters, pontoons, buoys, and jetties with 2 component closed cell foam.

Prices on request.
Eliflex and Edilon products are intended for use by trained and experienced personnel. As of Aug. 24, 2023, adequate training is required for industrial or professional use of these products. You train and take the exam via this website.
