Accurate inspection of rubber hoses
Our inspectors assess on site the condition of your rubber dredging hoses and make a detailed survey report. In this report, we chart the damage, wear and any abnormalities for each hose, inside and outside – including dimensions, characteristics and photographs.
Inspection of rubber dredging hoses
The inspection of rubber dredging equipment is carried out on site and accurately recorded in our digital survey report PDO, the Parc Hose Management System. This report provides a clear overview of the condition of the equipment and assists in making choices about repairs and their economic feasibility.
- Inspection can take place at any location;
- Damage is measured and recorded digitally (PDO, Parc Hose Management System);
- Damage characteristics and dimensions are recorded for each hose;
- Wear percentage on the inside is determined;
- The report provides support for repair decisions and cost-benefit analysis;
- Optional: addition of a quotation for needed repairs.
Inspection of steel pipes
When we use our Flange Straightening Machine (FRM) or Dent Removal Arm (UDA), we can also make a survey report of the steel pipes. This includes measurements of:
- Wall thickness
- Length
- Cross measurements at both entrances
You will obtain objective data on the structural condition of your steel pipes.
Transparency and cost insight
Based on the inspection, we can add a quotation for repair to the inspection report, so you know immediately what the repair of the hoses will cost and if it is economically justified.
Important advantage: the survey report is free of charge if we are allowed to do the repair for you.
